@Angelica128 This is your cancellation policy: If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the official cancellation are fully refunded.
So your guest will get a partial refund, but the guest has to cancel. If you get a request to cancel, decline the request or you will be penalized by airbnb.
If your guest is having problems cancelling, tell them to ring the number on the booking confirmation and airbnb will cancel the booking.
