Hello!
I just reviewed the HPI program summary but I'd like to review the actual T&C's under this policy. Does anyone have a link to the actual insurance policy (i.e., legal documentation) for the HPI program? Important to know the exact conditions, limitations, exclusions, deductibles, etc.
Many thanks,
Monica
@Monica525. This is the closest I came to a PDF for the Host Protection Insurance.

Hi Clare,
Thank you for taking the time to reply and send me their summary link.
Kind regards,
Monica

@Monica525 All truths.... best cover your back side at all times.
You ever been out with a date and he gets drunk?
You make sure you have your OWN cab money and drink money.
That way, you don’t depend on anyone else, you cover all the bases on your own.
’You know it’s hard out here for a Host’
As you can see from the link,
Page 2/10 states HPI policy expired on 31 Dec 2017. I have been asking for an update. I was told the policy is still in effect and that update would be out 20 March 2018, but that has not happened to date. That means that what you see is what you get and that the HPI coverage expired last year; and, until there is an update that in writing says otherwise, there is no HPI coverage.
This is confusing, because all other references on the site point to the link, which is not a copy of a policy but a "description". I am looking for insurance now to cover the short term rental business on a per use basis. If anyone knows of a policy to cover Host Liability, please let us know
