@Michelle1142 Other than they don't cancel on guests I don't think any two are the same. We each have our own hosting styles that work for us and our rentals. What makes a good shared host would be completely different than an entire home rental host. I like to think that most superhosts earn the badge based on supply a freindly, accurate and comfortable stays for their guests. I am not a push over host I have rules and the rules are what make my place a good fit for my guests and me. There is an understanding between us right from the start that my rules are not to be ignored as they are in place to protect both me and my guests. If they follow the rules everyone ends up happy with no stress related issues come up thus no demands need to be made by the guests or hosts to solve these issues. Just my 2 cents for what it's worth ;D
