Hi, 

I am terribly sorry to do this but some serious issues came up with our home and we’ll have to remove our home from the site until further notice. We are having a specialist come in to assess the issue and to make sure they get everything completely taken care of for us and our future guests. I want to be sure it’s safe for anyone who might stay in the home. I hope you appreciate the honesty and understand. Can you please let me know what I have to do to be sure we are not charged a fee and neither are the folks that have booked with us?

@Ryan798 I am sorry to hear that but we are all fellow hosts here since this is a community forum. You need to contact Airbnb directly and let them handle any cancelations if necessary in order for them to be penalty free.
