How I remove an unfair review from my listing

Can someone please advise me how to remove an unfair review from a very bad quest that I have claimed money from his security and won the case.

It is really a flaw in the system when guest have the ability to leave a (bad) review after being subject to a claim for damage etc.. You cab ask Airbnb to remove it, but i fear they will come up with there standard reply "it does not violate our content policies". I read the review and if it would be advisable if you can at least proof to Airbnb the accusations are false. Please note you have the possibility to leave a public comment on the review to hae yor say. Create a professional comment without personal attack or emotions, and think about it as if addressing your future guests.
