Hi there, I am new to hosting and did not realise that my unfinished listing was live. Now I have a booking which I cannot fufil. I have searched everywhere to find a number to speak to someone on AirBnB. Can't fine any. Can anyone help?
Not a great start to my hosting experience : (.
Also need to understand how they have charged the booking as it makes no sense to me. If I calculate the booking and even take into account my initial new offer, It is way lower than it should be.

As to the prices, do you jave smart pricing activated? When you click on "details" on the reservation you should see the price breakdown. Where have they charged less?
Thanks Ana. I think it is, not sure. I remember seeing it but not sure what I did. I do remember setting a minimum price?
@Kemi9 currently with the discount applied it is 115€ per night..how much it should be?
Thank you Ana, that sounds right but it seems I set it so that it applied a bigger discount than I realised. I managed to speak to someone and I have now resolved the issue.
