How do I receive CORRECT pay out and who do I contact to receive it?

Hello. By viewing my transaction history, it appears you are taking a co-host fee out of my net profit and underpaying me.
My co-host has not been involved at all to date, other than agreeing to help in the summer if I need it.
The co-host is my mother, who resides in Vancouver,WA which happens to be a several hour drive from where Honey's Airbnb is located in Baker City, Oregon.
I would appreciate a prompt response and proper payment for my hosting to date.
Thank you. I find it overly complicated to interact directly with customer service. Typically they refer a person to the HELP section where the question may not be answered or lots of time needs to be spend wading through irrelevant topics. I appreciate your response.
That method does not get a person to customer service. It gets a person to an enormous volume of topics that are not the problem I am having getting paid directly.
