My lovely guest has just informed me that she doesn't need our room for quite as long as she booked it. (Her original check out date is November 5.) She has also said she is perfectly happy to pay the full amount originally agreed upon, but I'm hoping to be able to open those dates on my calendar so that if another guest wants to book starting the first of the month, they will see it as available.
I have found out how to alter the dates, but it automatically reduces the amount to be paid. Is there a way to retain the original payment amount and open the dates on my calendar?
You can overrule the amount manually, but if you want to open up the dates and re-rent, it would be fair to refund the guest for the days not used.
Make sure your guest agrees to the arrangement or you can open yourself up to a bad review.
My guest is the one who made the offer. I tried overriding the price but it still shows the deducted amount when I do that.
