@Bronwyn42 While you can change the nightly rate directly on the calendar, fees (cleaning or extra guests) calculated through the automatic system are not changeable according to the season or dates. However, you could add a description of a fee that is seasonal, for example, you can charge a 15% surcharge for high demand dates that you collect through the request/refund option once there is a reservation. Because guests often do not read the description thoroughly, it would be best for you to confirm the guest understands the extra charge and agrees to pay it. Hope this helps 😄
