I synced my website calendar to allow for instant bookings. When I made a test reservation through my website it hadn't updated on Airbnb when I checked it 19 minutes later. It didn't refresh through Airbnb until I did a manual refresh for my synced calendar. Does anyone know of a way to change the minutes of refreshing the sync to avoid double bookings?
Same problem for me. Even more annoying that I can only find the manual sync button on a desktop rather than the mobile app. My other channels are all ok. Just an AirBnB thing.
Has there been any movement on this? Seems like such a simple fix. We are having booking issues due to this limitation.
I am also seeing this issue and have called support only to be told that it was because my listing was unlisted pending me fixing this issue. I activated my listing and the problem persists. I am not able to activate my listing on AirBnB until your sync issue is resolved.
