How to amend offer before accepting.

Can someone please tell me where exactly on the enquiry page is the "Send Special Offer" button?

I can never find it and it is really frustrating as makes the whole process of enquiry/accept very very cumbersome

Why cant there be 3 options all beside each other on the enquiry page. one to accept, one to decline and one to amend (to include linen or amend the price)

@Cheryl469  are you sure its an enquiry, the special offer button is on the left column.

If its a reservation request there is no special offer button, you have to use the Change/Cancel button.

Doesnt matter what page I look at the one with the details re Guests /Check in etc does not have a special offer button
