I have an issue that nobody at Airbnb can solve. I believe only the programmer or engineer or API team can solve. However nobody seems to be able to contact them, even supervisors. I have a MAJOR issue on my listings (they because unlisted and I cannot relist). What do I do?? Airbnb case managers and supervisors are not able to help. They are pretty much saying sorry. That doesn't help.
Maybe try to duplicate (via duplicate function) and try to list the duplicate.

Thank you for your reply Emiel. I can duplicate but I do lose the reviews I have built up for many years. This will be my back up plan but I really wish I can have it back to normal. One reason is the reviews, and the other issue is smart pricing. Smart pricing is effected by number of reviews and you rating. If I start from 0 review I will get much less pricing. It all seems a bit harsh so a simple fix on Airbnb engineering department.
@Priya31 I thought the City of Anaheim phased out short term rentals. Am I mistaken?
I am commerical and pay city transient occupancy tax. It is different zoning from single family residence.
