How to learn about prospective guest from someone who has hosted them.

"This guest really took advantage of us. We will not host her again."

I saw the above review on a guest's profile. What's the mechanism for getting the lowdown on a prospective guest directly from a host?

@Herb2   If its that important to you, just click on name of the host listing and search for it either on Airbnb site or google. (It can't be done on mobile app, only computer.  Its easy to find.  Or you can just take what they said to heart, and decline the person who has contacted you.  UP to you.  Me personally, that would have been the fastest decline on my end as a host.  I prefer to host guests with 5 Star reviews.  haha  - boy am I grateful that there are other hosts who write HONEST reviews like me.  Good luck.  #LiveThere

If you feel that me or another host have helped you, feel free to click on the "thumbs up" button at the end of any post. Thank you so much.

Great way to contact Airbnb or via Twitter at AirbnbHelp / Facebook

I think the review tells you everything you really need to know! I am not sure I would want to know any more detail about the guest...

Why do you want 'the lowdown' on this guest? The review gives you the information you need to make a decision on whether to host together with a look through the hosts reviews.

I imagine he wants to know because there are two sides to every story. Just like guests can leave junk/idiotic reviews that make no sense about our listings, hosts could potentially do the same thing...
