My guest never answered my messages about check in time and their phone is no longer working and are not replying to my messages today. Can I conatact airbnb andmake sure their membership is still real and I will get paid.
If the reservation is still showing as Accepted in Your Reservations, then it has been paid for. Additionally you can look at your calendar and check that the dates are coloured green. They may be travelling, have changed their number since booking and forgot to update it.
Always agree a check in window in your first exchange = at least then you have something to work around.

A few more details would be helpful, like when is the guest supposed to check in, for how many days?
