I have recently had a few guests at my place who have all left, but I have not been paid by Airbnb.
The transactions are in 'future transactions' although the booked dates are in the past.
Usually I am paid 24 hours after check in.
There is one disputed payout at the top of the list in 'future transactions' whereby a guest cancelled last minute and demanded the money back (although I have a strict cancellation policy I offered 50% refund out of kindness). Can this dispute be holding up all my payouts??
Its quite a serious problem as we have met all the requirements and done the work from our end, so why aren't we getting paid? Is there nobody at Airbnb I can call?
