I need a good label maker or suggestions please.

Hello fellow hosts.  I'd like to put labels on certain drawers and light switches in some of my rentals.  I used a lable maker made by Ativa, but the labels peeled off after a few months.  I need a more permanent solution that is not too expensive and not too tacky.  Maybe you know of a more sticky type lable machine?  I think a good solution would make guests' stays more enjoyable so that they would not need to "hunt" for dishes or cups or knives, etc. in the kitchen among other things.  Please advise.  Thanks!

Personally, I just add a strip of scotch tape on the label. Works fine for me.
