I've been using AirBnb a lot lately. I was making one or two reservations per month. But recently my account was locked and none of the option of unlocking (phone call or facebook) did not work. Two days later the account was suddenly unlocked. But it seems that some features are still not wokring properly. As of now I can access my profile but I cannot leave a review on the place I've stay. Whenever I try to review my last stay I receive a message "Sorry, this user is not longer on the platform". I also cannot access my messages.
