I need help please asap! I cannot message guests!! I cannot read their messages!!

first of all I NEED TO SPEAK WITH AIRBNB CUSTOMER SERVICE it's bad that airbnb is totally unavailable to help us!!! I have a big problem that i need immediate help to solve please! I cannot communicate with guests!!! everytime I clic on message it doesn't open nor send a message! This is a HUGE problem that needs to be solved asap please! I need to communicate with guests!!!

First of all, hello @Laura1080. This is a community centre, not Airbnb hotline/customer service. I guess that your problem is rather of technical nature on your side, not the website. Are you using a phone or a PC/laptop? Try to use a different browser, should help.

Thanks so much!!! I used firefox instead of safari and I was able to read and send messages to my guests!!! YAY such a big relief! THANK YOU! Love ❤️

Hello @Laura1080,

To find ways to speak to Airbnb support you can:

Use your favourite search engine to search with "contact airbnb" or "airbnb phone" etc.

or

Click on "Help" and then on "Visti the Help Centre" and then on "Contact us" on the left. That page has phone and message links.

or

Use the "Search the community" box on these forum pages where you posted your question. Type "contact airbnb" there and then scroll down in the suggestions to click on "Contact Airbnb: A Community Help Guide[UPDATED]. it lists phone numbers and Twitter & Facebook contact details.

Thank you so much!!! So from now on I will know how to contact airbnb customer service as I tried to clic on every "help" and "contact us" yesterday but nothing worked! I saved your precious infos in case I will need airbnb customer in the future!
