If I have a min 2 night booking set, how do I make specific nights open for guests to book for 1?

As a host, I have set a min 2 night booking but sometimes there is a day between 2 future bookings that 

I would like to have filled . Is there a feature that would let me allow guests to book for that 1 day? 

I have set it to available on the calender but I'm not sure that it overrides guests ability to book for that 1 day only.

You have to create a ruleset for that period, if you have the multicalender available.

Otherwise change it in "lenght of trip" settings for a custom period

How do I access the multi calendar. I have the same issue. I want to change certain dates from min 3 nights to min of 4 nights, but leave the rest of the calendar as min 3 nights? Thanks so much for your help.
