Incorrect progress reporting by AirBnB

Hi all, 

I am relatively new to hosting but have now welcomed around 20 guests and all have given me a 5* review with 100% of guests submitting reviews.  However, AirBnB are reporting that only 21% of guests have posted reviews which would mean that I don't get my Superhost standard on 1st July.!

Has anyone else encountered this problem and, if so, how did you resolve it?

Hi, thanks for the update.  The percentage of trips reviewed is correct now, however, the collections acheivement is still not right - I have lost family collections despite exceeding the critera of having two reviews (tells me I only have one).  Thanks in advance for your help :

Thanks so much @Alon1 and @Ana1136 for checking, I'm glad it is displaying propertly again.

 

The team are continuing to look at this and see why it happened again, but I'm very hopeful this will settle now. 🙂 

 

I've spoken with the Superhost Team and this shouldn't impact any of the Superhost evaluation period.

 

Of course, if you spot anything on your side which you think isn't quite right with this, then please let me know and I will flag it back to the team.

Hi Lizzie, 

I should have been given Super host on the 1st of this month but because of the glitch I still haven’t been, the system is now correct with the booking but my status has not changed ! Can someone please sort this or tell me where to go with getting sorted?

@Janey10 , yes, as Ana mentioned the superhost evaluation period hasn't finished yet,  mainly because the time a guest/host can leave a review can be two weeks after. 

 

I also checked with the Product Team and even though this issue is fixed now, this shouldn't impact the Superhost evalation period in away.

Sorry I wasn't aware of an issue with 'Collections'. Is there a conversation on this here in the CC you can direct me to? 

 

Could this be isolated to just your account do you think or have you noticed other hosts with this issue? If so, have you been in touch with our Support Team, they will be able to take a look at your account and see what is happening.
