Is there a limit to the number of nights that I can rent my home in San Francisco out per year?

hello @Lori60 yes there is a maximum number of nights that can be stayed in a year, that's exactly 365 days

 

(except every four year, that will be 366 days (leap year))

Hello @Helen3 ,  do you agree that @Lori60 will never manage to let the property more than 365 days a year ?

A very literal answer there @Lilian20! Probably not the answer Lori was looking for though. 🙂

@Lori60, the link that @Helen3 posted has all the information you need to become a registered host in San Francisco which is required by law and to answer many questions about hosting here.  Specific to your question, there is no limit to the number of days you can host as long as you are present in your unit.  Unhosted stays are limited to 90 days per year.
