@Halil-Ibrahim0 Can you post the URL of the listing you are trying to book?

ok airbnb support still did not contact with me.  still cannot do booking.

This is terrible to hear and I'm also worried if there are people having the same problem when trying to book my place 😞

This isn't the first time I heard about this booking error.

Have you contacted the host? Maybe you can inform him that you can't book his place and he could call Airbnb on your behalf to solve the issue more quickly.

@Halil-Ibrahim0  Here is a guide for contacting Air BNB.  You cannot book if your profile is not active.

I have sent many messages to airbnb support by their own website. unfortunately i dont use twitter to send them another message by twitter as well. i have verified everything phone, id, email, bank but it says i cant book properties. i will travel soon and i was looking forward to use airbnb for the first time, looks like airbnb is not going let me try.

@Halil-Ibrahim0  As @Linda108 mentioned your profile is not active.

You need to check that first with Airbnb and then retry to book.

i have checked that already.

I have the same message pop up for both my accounts now. It's been this way for my first account since about six months ago so I had to create a second account. Now the same on the second account. I guess AirBnB is not wanting our business.

@Jeff-Athanasios0  Creating a 2nd account on your ABB is a violations of ABB policy.  Their software can determine if you have done this and is most likely preventing you from using it for that reason.  It would be a great idea for you to read the T & C's of Airbnb to understand what is allowable and what is not.  I HIGHLY recommend you call Phone Support, which is a fantastic source for 2 years for me, and have them help you solve this issue.  But again, creating another account is a violation and you can be permanently removed from ABB for any violations.  FTR.

EDITED TO ADD: How to contact ABB can be found under my name in this post with the link I provided.

If you feel that me or another host have helped you, feel free to click on the "thumbs up" button at the end of any post. Thank you so much.

Great way to contact Airbnb or via Twitter at AirbnbHelp / Facebook

I've tried numerous times to contact phone support when the issue first occurred. Then they opened a ticket with the TI team which has not been resolved in six month. I wish their software would help fix issues rather than create new ones. At this point they don't need to remove my business.

Now that I think about it, the lady at Phone Support instructed me to create a new account.

I agree. I only tried to contact Airbnb about an issue via email once and got a totally unsatisfactory answer. However, I usually call them and have had my questions answered/issues resolved very easily each time and without being put on hold for ages or going through endless menus, so I think that is the way to go if you need help with anything. That's not just with the Superhost helpline as I got just as quick/helpful responses before being a Superhost, but perhaps the UK support is better than CS in other countries?

Same problem here, but I did get to speak to someone after repeated attempts at contacting them.  They said that my account was blocked and could not tell me why.  This is after over a dozen stays with excellent reviews.   There is no reason in the world that they would not want my business, but they obviously don't. For hosts out there, perhaps this is why you are not getting the occupancy rates you thought you would.  I'm not the only one getting blocked by airbnb for no reason.
