Last Minute discount

Hi

I have offered guests a last minute discount if they want to go ahead and book so I need to discount my price so that the price is correct before I accept the booking.  Could someone tell me how to do this please?

Hi @Simon-and-Sue0,

First you need to log into your ABB account and go to your messages.  Find the person's request that you want to make the special offer to.  You will be taken to that person's request.  Scroll down below the quote and you can select "Send Special Offer".  See image below.

The original quote price will open up allowing you to enter a new amount.  You then press "Send special offer" again.  See below.
