Listing is activated but not showing in search

Hi everyone.  I'm new to this.  I've created a rental listing.  My account indicates that it is listed.  I even got the email confirmation that it is listed, but when I search, it isn't there.  I've tried a few trouble shooting things like making sure instant booking is turned off when I search and making sure my dates are correct, but I have not luck.  Also my calendar feature will only let me look at September and won't let me click on any other month.  I'd appreciate any suggestions or how to actually get a hold of an airbnb rep.  Thanks!

Hello @Vanessa315 Did you set Availability? Reservation preferences/Booking window - and period of time?
