I recently had a reservation where the guest paid the initial reservation then wanted to add another day. I let him add the extra day, however, he never paid for that day. AirBnb contacted me letting me know this. They have tried to get the other payment to no avail. Also they refuse to release my other funds that the guest has paid. It has been two months and I have tried contacting Air BnB close to 10 times. No one answers my emails or helps with my phone calls. They just keep telling me that someone will contact me. I don't know what to do. I just want to get my first payment that is frozen. Does anybody know who I can contact because customer service is no help.
