Listing not getting booked

Hello all, 

My listing is not getting almost any inquiries this summer. The first summer i posted it i got lots of inquiries and at least a few bookings, all with great reviews. Could you please help me figure out how I can improve the visibility of my listing and get more inquiries?

@Sladjana8 you have a lovely property. Maybe try updating your photos, make then brighter and more inviting. You have set a minimum of 5 nights, maybe try lowering it. I see that you have most of the nights for this summed blocked or booked, you pretty much have a couple of weeks available in june and a few days here and there in july in august..you can try lowering the price a bit for the days you want booked if that makes sense for you, I don't know the prices of similar properties.

A 1% weekly discount is not really an offer....

The amount of guests is maximized to 3, but sleeping facilities show 4.

Maybe lower the base price and add extra fee for 3rd and 4th guest.

You wlil be found also if people filter on 4 guests.
