I manage airbnb app from my iphone and sometimes here in Alaska we get into areas where coverage is weak, so Ive lost guest inquiries (timed out) before they received the accept message. ˇhis is very frustrating. Id like to be able to contact the person back, via airbnb at least (since no phone numbers allowed etc!) so how to do it?
There should be a way for a host to contact guests again after the inquiry expiredso we can ask them to re apply! !!
I hope airbnb deals with this, as we lose bookings that way. Mossy
