Making a special offer

Hello everyone, 

I am new on Airbnb and I have a couple of questions. I hope someone can help me. 

How can I make a special offer? A guest booked already a room but the price given by Airbnb was not correct. I wrote the guest the correct price. After cancelling the booking still I do not see how to make a new special offer. I hope someone can show me what to do. 

Another question is: After finishing and accepting the booking, automatically the guest gets a request to pay the stay, or must I do still something else. 

Is there also a service telephone number of Airbnb to ask all this questions straight to Airbnb?

If there is already an confirmed reservation, you can change it and put the right price in it:

https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/50/as-a-host--how-do-i-make-a-change-to-a-confirmed-reservation Do not cancel the reservation !

A special offer can only be sent to a guest contacting you by inquiry, not if it is a request

The guest has to pay to Airbnb at time of booking. After the guest checked-in, you will be payed by Airbnb (except when you are a new host and it is your first reservation)
