Multiple room types in same House and separate pricing thereof.

I have House listed as "Matheran Bungalow" in India, with 2 Deluxe Rooms, 1 Standard Room.

Questions are:

1. How and where do I show specifications of the Deluxe Romm and Standard Room in my listing.
2. How does the Guest book 2 Rooms of his choice with stated number of Guests for each room, whenby extra charges per Guest, over and above 2 on double bed are applied.

@Rohit4  you need to have a separate listing for each room, otherwise when someone books one of the rooms the other will automatically be unavailable.

Thanks Victoria, much obliged for clarity. But it is confusing.

1. Sadly Airbnb did not provide such instructions, in fact once I listed my House, they asked to state number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms and type of bed in each bedroom, leading me to believe that under one listing of House or Apartment, you can detail each of your rooms. So multiple listing of my House each time for each of my Rooms actually sounds illogical in a website which is so professional and user friendly.
2. Making 3 times House listing only to show 3 bedrooms bedrooms is cumbersom and confusing.
3. Alternatively, is there any way I can list my house with multiple Rooms, showing each room specifications and tariff differently?
