My guest wants to add her frequent flyer points however she has already booked. What do I do?

My guest has booked our listing however she has realised she didn't add her qantas frequent flyer number to earn points with airbnb. As a host is there anything I can do or does the guest have to contact airbnb?

Hello.

As this has to do with Airbnb and her payment method it would be best if she gets in contact with them. Even if you were to discuss with them they would refuse to talk about this further with you as it’s confidential.

Your best bet is to explain the above to her and give her instruction on how to get into contact with Airbnb.
