My host never responds

Hello I booked a reservation for 3 person in Russia i already did he payment and i has been trying to conctact my host and he never answer me back. I am really worried about that. what i should do? and also im trying to cancel the reservation and i dont know why i cant.

I'm so sorry to hear that your host is not responding to your messages. I could see that Sabrina mentioned a couple of helpful articles. As it is already Wednesday, I was wondering if your host came back to you with a response?
