My super host reviewing rating Has an error

Hi Guys,

all of a a sudden my review percentage has gone from 85% to 26% overnight and now I am delinquent on the super host requirements. Is anyone else having this error with their Airbnb?

Yep, me too!  I have had 21/23 guests in the last YEAR provide reviews.  I am calling now.  Something must be wrong with their computer system!

I called and spent an hour on hold then finally gave up, I will try them again tomorrow.

Same here, all good yesterday and now down to 38%

Lyn,

The big glitch happened last week. 

It then seemed to be resolved.

But it's resurfaced again. It's obviously global problem.

Lizzie says Airbnb are aware of it and still working to fix the problem.

Same thing has happened to me today - went from 85% to 35%.  I've also lost the family collection all of a sudden too!
