No option to pre-approve even though the dates are open on the calendar.

This is my first inquiry and I don't see the option to pre-approve even though the dates are open on the calendar.

Hi @Jenelle4 and welcome to Air BNB.  I see that you have Instant Booking, so is it possible that what you got was a reservation and not an inquiry?

Thanks for your reply!  Anything is possible as this is my first stab at listing on Airbnb.  

 

I got an email with a "link" to pre-approve/decline.  However, when I click that and am taken to Airbnb, there is no place to pre-approve.  It is listed only as an inquiry, so you could be right.

 

 

Someone else reported a similar problem recently, @Jenelle4.  It could be a hacker as it was for another new host.  When she contacted Air BNB, there was no record of the message within Air BNB.  Contact Air BNB just to make sure.  Here is a guide for different ways to contact them.
