I’m having the same issue right now! Although it’s only been 48 hours since our guest checked in and no payout. It’s the first time this has happened in almost 2 years of hosting. Getting concerned about being paid for our upcoming reservations!
Ive already spoken with two different support representatives with no resulolitions! Same answer that it is a ‘bug’. VERY FRUSTRATING INDEED!
I have had no payout posted for the last guests who checked in yesterday. This is the first time this has happened, but it should not be happening! There should be no reason for this delay.
