OMG.. current guest fighting between each other

OMG.. My current guests are a nightmare.  Neither of them knew  about airbnb and showed up expecting to have the entire house.  From what I understand, another friend setup her profile so she didn't ready anything.  She just gave the credit card information.  She booked 45 days ago for 30 days.  Unfortunately she is short of being an idea guest.  She is messy, ruined towels, ruined my antique desk and has been loud enough that it disturbs my other guest.  Then this weekend, I had to call the police because the two guest started a verbal fight that turned physical.  One of the girls got another guest involved and had her pay to send her back home.  She left 3 large bags here and wants me to deal with shipping them back.  I told her to chat with her cousin, as it was not my responsbility to return her items.  This is such a mess.  Do I have anyway to evict her without damaging my rating much less loosing money on this rental?

Dear Dawn,

I'm not sure you can avoid a bad review, unfair though it is.  I'd weigh the possible house vs. budget wrecking.  Have you involved airbnb? Every once in a while they do come through.

 Why did the guest leave her cr*p behind? If she stormed off and left it, I'd say it's on her to figure out a way to get it back. I try to make sure, in my initial response, that the potential guest realizes what they are getting when they book with me. I only had one guest who somehow failed to  to understand she was getting a suite in a house & not the whole house. It was the only mediocre review I ever got. I hope your next set of guests are stellar, Sally
