OUTSTANDING AMOUNT

the guests arriving today wanted all three maisonettes we have. the amount offered to them for the complex for the total period was 2600 euros. they have made reservation and paid for the 2 maisonettes and they were supose to pay the remaining 518 euros sometime prior their arrival. he tried to as he said but the system wouldn't allow him to make a request only a direct booking and the amount was not correct . he wanted me to send him an invoice through paypal but i did not. he said he will pay the amount when he come.

i want to be honest with you and i want to pay the commission. so please make the necessary adjustments .

Angela you need to call BnB this is a forum for hosts.

Don't allow him to pay in cash, he can pay throught BNB.

This is not the Airbnb helpdesk but a host forum.

With confirmed reservations you can always go to the reservation, to cancel/change, then change and insert whatever is required (the precalculated amount by the system can be overwritten.

If it is not a confirmed reservation and still has inquiry status, then you can send him a so-called special offer (there's an option on the inquiry) with the total amount required that he can accept.

thank you Andrea, i didn't know that I could readjust the price in a confirmed reservation. I will keep it in mind for the future.
