Overcharge?

Overcharge?

One of my guests claims she was overcharged by Airbnb...when I look at her reservation it says the correct amount ($145)....but she claims she was charged $165. I am trying to get in touch with Airbnb about this discrepancy...how in HELL do I find anyone/anything that actually responds? Thanks for ANY help. Carol

It is very hard to find a human in Airbnb but when you do they are very help

There is a list of phone numbers for every country under the emergency section for a booking . I know the number for Australia is +61285203333

good luck ...very frustrating

I google Airbnb customer service #

How to Contact Airbnb

Airbnb U.S. Phone Number: +1-855-424-7262 or 1-855-4-AIRBNB

Airbnb San Francisco Phone Number: (415) 800-5959

Airbnb Website

Sounds about right.

What exactly is the issue?

If she has an issue why are you the one running around?

It would appear to me that your guest has had the airbnb fees added to her bill, which is normal. Just as you have host fees deducted from your nightly rate.  If the guest is not happy then she should contact airbnb, this is not something you can deal with.

Like others have noted, it sounds perfectly normal.  The base nightly rate is then subject to Airbnb fees and any applicable taxes, depending on where you are located.

yep you forgot to take airbnb fees into account.

And like others have said, even if there were an issue, this is not your problem to fix. The guest needs to contact airbnb themselves.
