PAYOUT DELAY ***

Hi

 

I am new to this for conversations.

 

We have had  a guest stay with us for one night on the 2-3 August 2017. A payment has not gone out to us. I hafe looked at Future transactions and it is still there with no status just the amount to be paid.

 I have sent a message on the help sight i think and not got a response. not sure how long this will take so thoughti would try the community help.

 

How do i get in touch to be able to get this payment released. Refferance Number [number hidden for safety reasons]

There may be a few different reasons why it hasn't reached you yet, therefore as @Fred13 mentions it might be best to contact them directly, here is a userful Community Guide on the different ways to do this.

Thanks so much for all that information.  It will help me a lot. I did not know were the contact numbers were.
