I’m waiting for the payout since on Sunday. I got an email that the money was in my account but it wasn’t.

This is not Airbnb itself, but a community of hosts.

You can check the status of payouts in your Transaction History.

If something is wrong you can contact Airbnb:

@Tai27  When you get that email, it doesn't mean the money is in your bank account, Paypal, or whatever payout method you use. It says it has been "released". It can take a few days or more to actually appear in your account.

And I have found that the information on the Transaction page is not always correct. For instance, my payouts continue to say "processing" for several days after the $ has appeared in my bank account and it usually appears in my account several days before the estimated payout date listed under Transactions.
