Payment method not updating

Payment method not updating

Probably not a question for the community, but airbnb have made it very difficult to contact them directly. 

 

I added a new debit card for payment, and removed the old one – but my payments are still going through to that old, deleted bank account. 

 

Any ideas?

Hi Andy, here's the page for contacting AirBnB: https://www.airbnb.com/help/contact_us#/  You can choose email or phone. I emailed them yesterday and had a response within an hour or two.
