In terms of your payment, it could be as your guest only checked-in on Dec 24th and this date has been surrounded by quite a few bank holidays in the US, it is likely that the payment may take a few more days to be processed. It might be worth waiting a few more days and checking your Transaction History to see the status of your payment.
