Payout not paid

I have a reservation and guest already checked out and never received payout or e mail say that as usual
Wonder why?
Do you have reply for that

I had the same thing happen. The guest checked in on Dec 12. AirBnB never sent a payout because the guest’s card was declined. Guest checked out on Dec 16. Still no payout and no word from the escalation team. This guest stayed without paying and got excellent services and use of the property.
