Hi, I am a new Host and I have a question concerning the payout method. I added my bank account transfer to the payout method a day before my first guest checked in and it has been on pending. I would like to know if the pending is Airbnb trying to approve of my payout method or if the transaction is in process. Also, how long does it take to approve or complete one payout for a first-time reservation and also for other subsequent reservations?

Were you aware that Air BNB holds the first payout for new hosts for 30 days?  That may be the issue in this case.

oh, that  may be the issue. thank you very much. I also got an email that they are verifying my payment method.
