Hi.

I am new to abnb and have hosted 7 people. All have been lovely and I have had all 5 stars reviews.

The last guests have been an absolute nightmare and long story short have demanded a refund or they will leave bad feedback. I refused and they have left feedback.

I have not written any for them yet as I wanted to ask....... I know that I cannot see their feedback unless I write feedback for them and I have 14 days or so to write it. If after the 14 days I have not written a review for them will his review go live anyway?

If you dont write a review, yes, their review will be published after the 14 days is over. If you have 7 great reviews and one "problem" one then any potential future guests will "probably" take an overall picture based on all 8 reviews.

Do you have it in writing on the airbnb platform that they threatened a bad review ? If so, you can ask airbnb to have it removed under their extortion policy.
