Price listed in dollars

Hi there, I have just listed for the first time and my listing has the price in dollars instead of GBP. When I go into my details to edit it - it is there in GBP!  Does anyone know how to cure this? Everything that comes up on my account seems to be in dollars.

Hi, I have just checked your listing and I see the price in £GBP. 

There are normally two options to change your currency, one of which you mention you have checked but as I'm not sure which you refer to I'll list both options below - 

1) Scroll to the bottom of your listing page on the left hand side right underneath the language box, there is a currency box, you can amend it here

2) Follow path below -

• Host 
• Manage Listing (click on your listing and it will open default calendar page)
• Price setting (top right hand corner, click on it for dropdown menu)
• Base Price

If all fails contact Airbnb via one of the options provided in the link - Contact Airbnb

Thank you Ama! I used your number 2 solution and it worked. People were getting angry because the price was shown in dollars, what is more than 3 times less than Brazilian Real BRL!

I have the same problem! It is very difficult to confirm a price when you are using sterling or euros! How do we resolve this?

Thank you Ama! I used your number 2 solution and it worked. The price changed from dollar to Brazilian Real. People were getting angry because the price was shown in dollars, what is about 3 times less than Brazilian Real BRL! I had in BRL in the price settings (number 1 solution). I could change the language also from English to Portuguese in the same place (bottom page of listing).
