My minimum price is listed for arbnb. Arbnb just allowed someone to request booking during prime time for $158 per night, below my minimum. I'm not using smart pricing. What to do?
@Lois96, did this guest book for a week? You have a 10% weekly discount set which comes out to $158 per night. Personally, I would honor this booking but if you do not wish for this to happen again then you must go into your pricing settings and remove the weekly discount.
I had the same thing happen- and I just figured out it is because we have a beta feature enabled: I offer a discount for reservations with a Non-refundable cancellation policy (10%)
It happened a few weeks ago as well, that time I contacted AirBnb support - they could not figure out why a guest was able to book below my bottom limit price. They said they were sending the issue to "the technical teams "
Turns out is was just a setting that does not get much use....
I was just wondering the same and I had forgotten this setting. Mystery solved for me. Thanks. 🙂
