Receipt-Amount Refunded

I just booked an Airbnb and on my receipt it says amount refunded under the payment with the full amount I paid. The booking says it is confirmed. Is there a way to check if the money actually went through?

It is my understanding that it may take 7-10 days for a refund to actually show up on the payment card, @Jada9.  So the Air BNB message is just that it has been processed through Air BNB, but how long it takes to show up as credit might be found out by contacting your credit card.
