Reducing guest number and rate for stays within the next fortnight

Hello,  I have some dates where our place is available and wish to reduce the number of guests included in the rate to 2, plus...  reduce the rate for booking and staying within the next fortnight.  Please can you advise how to do this (but still keep my future bookings e.g. 2 week plus) and still be able to have 4 guests + in the regular rate.  Thk you

Welcome to the community boards!

Not absolutely sure if you realise this question has not been posted to an airbnb help desk, just to lots of other hosts and guests who read these forums.

To answer your question - I'm 99.9% certain it can't be done - the airbnb platform doesn't offer the option to alter minimum guest numbers for specific dates - I would like to be able to do the same myself.

I think the best you could do would be to create a duplicate listing and in settings create the specific rules for the specific dates as you require, then make those dates in your first listing unavailable - so guests can only book the way you want

Other more experienced hosts may be better advice
