Refund to the guest

I got a booking from a guest, it was confirmed for the month of Sept. But I had to cancel due to a sudden wedding program in the house in the month of Sept. I informed the guest and apologise for the inconvenience. I need to understand the refund process as my guest keeps asking me about the refund. When will she get the amount credited to her account its been almost more than a week. pls advise.

Not sure what steps you have taken to get the refund, but there is extensive information about the refund process in the Help section.  Just enter "refund" in the search.
