Hello, my bank account information was stolen from me and the thief booked reservation on this site! I dont know in which country the reservation was made so I have no information about anything. My bank account is blocked at the moment for safety reasons. How can get my funds back? If its possible?

Hello @Vytenis0. Unfortunately, you have to sort it with your bank. Just like with stolen cards - it's not shops who return the frauded money.

Well, funds are still in banks reserve (meaning it still hasnt been withdrawed, technicly its on a wait).  Transaction has been made yesterday. So I think booking reservation could still be cancelled by this shop.

@Vytenis0 if the situation is that the booking could still be cancelled, then you need to contact AirBnB directly.
